I hit the ok button and the upgrade procedure began. Once the upgrade was complete, i returned to the last channel i was viewing. Any attempt to change the channel took me back the channel i was originally viewing. Service consultant couldn't help:( I have to take the decoder to the multichoice offices tomorrow.
