Web Ellis Tournament I

This is the start of the RM Web Ellis Tournament. I have made a little test tournament for now.

I Will be running this every season and the winner will walk away with a 6 months rugbymaniac subscription.
8 groups of 4 teams, the best in each group continues in cup format
This tournament will last for a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
